Our Email Newsletter Delivery System is Australian designed, owned and operated within Queensland. It has been specifically customised for us for efficient email newsletter management.

Subscriptions

Clients can subscribe directly to your eNewsletter database just by clicking a link on your website, email signature or most often, a forwarded copy of your eNewsletter. Each eNewsletter subscription page can be customised and allows clients to access your archive page to view previous eNewsletters, provide an alternative email address if their primary email address is unavailable and manage their contact details. They are also given the option to select from either HTML (pictures) or text (plain writing) NB: Less than 10% of clients subscribed to eNewsletters prefer plain text.

The subscription page is completely yours and the only branding featured will be your own.

Increase your database by having an eNewsletter subscription page on your website, to allow visitors to subscribe to your mailing list at any time.

Subscribers are automatically sent an email welcome message from you and you are made aware every time a new subscriber joins your mailing list by receiving a copy of their email welcome message so you know who is subscribing, and when. As well as monitoring new subscribers our automation system manages the requests of unsubscribers automatically making you compliant with the Australian Spam legislation. You will be sent an email notification when someone unsubscribes and any comments of why they have unsubscribed.

Subscriber Database

With our secure management system you have complete security to prevent hackers and viruses getting access to your files. Confidentiality is assured - we do not rent, sell or buy any email databases. Your database resides in your own separate, password protected account. Your eNewsletter can be sent out to specific groups within your email database if you have these people segmented.

Easy access to your database allows you to request a list of your subscribers to your eNewsletter emailed directly to you at anytime - we do suggest that is done only when necessary and stored securely. Lists of new clients or contacts can be added - all you need to do is send us the list and we will upload them for you. De-duplication of your list ensures people do not get the same email twice, and if someone has unsubscribed it is impossible to upload them again accidentally.

Where your eNewsletter is undelivered to a particular email address after 3 attempts, that specific email address will be automatically removed to ensure that your database is kept clean and up to date.

Reporting and Analysis

After each eNewsletter has been delivered you will receive a bounce report telling you how many bounces occurred. Ten days later a tracking report arrives automatically in your in-box to give you a snap shot of your eNewsletter progress which specifies client activities like how many people clicked the tracked links in your eNewsletter.

You can also access a ‘live’ online tracking report on your eNewsletter to view the rates of clients opening and forwarding your current eNewsletter.

There are four essential figures that will determine your eNewsletter success. We provide detailed reports in graph form displaying the tracking history as well as your current growth of your eNewsletter database plus plotting of click through rates. These are for your information and curiosity, but it is us that will analyse the four essentials for you and make adjustments or suggestions to your eNewsletter to ensure you get the best results.
